Lilly Pilly Compact

Description:

A smaller growing, bushier variety of the lilly pilly. Bronze coloured new growth. Older leaves are a shiny dark green. Creamy white fluffy blossoms are followed by masses of coloured berries.

Uses:

Great for hedges, shelter and screening

Position:

Best in deep loamy soils in a partly shaded to sunny position. Wet poorly drained soils should be avoided.

Care:

Responds well to pruning and benefits from watering in summer. Apply complete fertiliser in autumn and spring.

Planting:

Cultivate soil and dig hole twice the width of the pot. Place plant into hole level with the surrounding soil and fill around plant firmly and water well.
