Botanica Delivery Services
Botanica operates its own fleet of vehicles throughout Sydney, Central Coast, South Coast, and parts of country NSW. We also use specialty plant freighters for country and interstate deliveries. We cater for projects of all sizes from small van deliveries to large mature trees that require Hiab crane trucks.
Delivery Terms
Our regular service is from Monday to Friday 7am to 2.30pm, excluding public holidays. Deliveries outside these hours can be arranged and additional fees may apply. Please contact our sales staff for details. 48 hours’ notice must be given for deliveries that require a specific delivery time.
Our delivery charges apply to deliveries with standard vehicles and site access. Additional charges may apply for sites requiring specialised vehicles and/or additional staff to facilitate the delivery, charges will be POA, as discussed with your sales consultant. Delivery charges include up to 1 hour unloading time. Additional waiting time will be charged at $90 per hour in 15-min increments.
Due to OH&S regulations, all deliveries are kerb side unless prior arrangements are made. All unloading of plants above 45L require onsite machinery or physical assistance by the receiver. Failure to provide machinery or assistance on site by the receiver may result in plants not being delivered. This will depend on the nature of the delivery and will be at the discretion of the supplier’s driver, a $250 fee will apply to non-deliveries, and the fee will be passed on to the customer. Other arrangements for onsite assistance can be arranged (charges may apply), please confirm with our sales staff prior to delivery.
Claims due to shortages or damages must be made upon delivery.
Payment before delivery is required unless prior arrangements have been made. Payments on delivery must be by credit card (Visa & Mastercard only).

Delivery of large trees
Delivery of large trees 200L and above may require external freighters, e.g. Hiab crane truck or flat bed trucks, POA.
